Are you an internationally oriented recruitment specialist who excels in project management? TIP Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager Recruitment, suitable for a dynamic and international working environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of global recruitment projects initiated from the headquarters in Amsterdam.

In this role, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing several organization-wide international projects. You will control the conceptualization and execution of these projects and successfully conclude them. You will develop campaigns with international HR business partners, developing and maintaining relationships during this process. The goal is to attract perfect candidates for your organization.
The international HR team is a close and supportive team with a culture of mutual respect and solidarity. As a Senior Project Manager Recruitment, you oversee the progress of several projects. You will work closely with the Talent Development Director and communicate regularly with regional recruiters. Additionally, the following tasks form a part of your responsibilities in this role:
- Developing and executing non-EU HR strategies
- By developing partnerships with recruitment agencies operating outside of the EU (e.g. in India and The Philippines)
- By creating a workforce plan in collaboration with regional HR managers, led by local demand for employees
- By communicating and cooperating with immigration services
- By developing recruitment campaigns for attracting personnel outside of the EU
- Developing and executing a recruitment strategy focused on Eastern Europe while collaborating with Eastern European recruitment agencies
- Design recruitment campaigns
- Draft contracts for use in countries where TIP is active
- Continuously developing recruitment and selection procedures
- Keeping stakeholders in the loop during all phases of projects
- By schematically taking on all RPO responsibilities for recruitment outside of the EU
- By successfully negotiating and maintaining relationships with recruitment partners

Profiel
For this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in HR
- Result-driven, knows how to connect people, and is ambitious
- Organizational sensitivity and a customer-oriented mindset
- Observational and self-motivated in moving tasks forward
- Experienced in an international working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Good English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to deliver against ambitious goals, demanding deadlines, and key milestones
- Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude
