About this vacancy

We are looking for an Associate QA for an international pharmaceutical company based in Breda.

In this role you will be part of the Product Complaint Inspection team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform QA assessments in support of complaint investigations by means of product inspections. (e.g. Reserve sample inspection, Return sample inspection and Safety Features verification)
  • Perform triage on received product complaint units and if required support process for shipment of the return units to external (Amgen) sites
  • Partner with corporate product quality surveillance, assessors from other Amgen sites and contracted partners to resolve tasks in product complaint investigations
  • Prepare monthly departmental metrics
  • Assist in Amgen Breda projects and improvement efforts as needed

  • Salary of €3400 - €3750

Qualifications

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Typically, a half year of related experience.
  • Fluent in English language.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with pharmaceutical industry

  • Understanding and application of principles, concepts, theories and standards of technical/scientific field
  • Accurate mindset and eye for detail
  • Keeps overview but also deep dives when appropriate

  • Good attention to detail and sufficient writing skills.
  • Good decision making skills and ability to apply risk-based approach.
