New job opportunity
As a polymer chemist/process engineer, you will be contributing to the new product and process developments in resins, papers and production technologies for the Broadview Materials companies. Based on your insights and together with our diverse team of specialists, you will focus on the acceleration of replacing the traditional thermos hardeners with low carbon alternatives. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, whereby depending on your experience and skill set, you can lead (sub-) projects for the team. A strong pragmatic, hands-on approach is required to be successful.
- Further develop our resin portfolio for papers and other fibrous materials.
- Contribute to project descriptions and plans.
- Lead the implementation of new solutions in Group factories.
- Inform or advise the R&D Manager in strategic planning and decision making.
- Contribute to innovative projects for the BVH materials technology companies.
- Research/analyse/compare competitive-products and their technical state of art.
- Execute project administration work and act as project leader of sub-assignments.

Nemho employs over 60 technicians, engineers and chemists responsible for the development of new products and processes and for the continuous improvement of the product quality and production processes efficiency by implementing new and innovative technologies.

For this exciting opportunity we are looking for a professional (3 years+ experience) with a Masters or PhD in physical chemistry, physics, chemical engineering or a related field. Knowledge of rheology and fluid dynamics applied on composite materials is also improtant for this role.Fluent English, advanced analytical skills and intercultural collaboration complete your profile. Travel for up to 30% of your time is possible.
