Samenvatting
Are you interested in sustainable energy? Do you have electrical engineering knowledge and do you want to translate this into commercial action? Do you believe that responsibility for the most future-proof category in the solar industry would be in safe hands with you? If you can answer “yes” to these three questions, the position of Senior Category Manager at Solarclarity, a B2B E-commerce organization, is the right role for you.
Over de functie
The capacity of today's electricity grid is under pressure, making it even more important for us to store energy effectively. You can do your bit towards making this happen in this role, in which you will be responsible for the further growth of the batteries category. You will work with the other Category Manager to put together and implement a full-range portfolio plan. Your mission will be to seamlessly align the Solarclarity product-market combinations with the wishes of (future) customers and optimize the company’s margins.
You will do this by advising customers on the right Solarclarity products and services for them and by ensuring that Solarclarity’s mission - ‘solar made simple’ - is clear in the range as a whole. You will have an in-depth knowledge of your product and translate technical information into a clear sales strategy. Also understands drafting manuals, how-to videos and running webinars to customers. Finally, you take responsibility for specifying online tools that make it easier for your customers to purchase Solarclarity's products. You will be responsible for pricing, turnover and margins. You will also define product-market combinations for the short and long term and closely monitor technical developments achieved by manufacturers and competitors. Finally, you will take responsibility for the specification of online tools that will make it easier for your customers to buy Solarclarity’s products
Over het bedrijf
